On International Day of the Girl, we are honoring the power and potential inside each and every girl.
Investing in girls is an investment in our world. Because when girls get the opportunities they deserve, we all benefit.
That’s why today, the Girls Opportunity Alliance is announcing more than $1M in support of 26 grassroots organizations empowering adolescent girls in my hometown of Chicago and around the world.
These organizations are providing mentorship and leadership training, working to end child marriage and gender-based violence, providing access to education, and so much more.
